Testing the waters
with the holidays and other projects I haven’t been able to really do much with Tig Tig as of yet. But that is changing.
Today I took paper, pencil and my Bic pen to the coffee shop. I’m intrigued with the idea of creating this work with these tools plus watercolor. (I’ve done all my books and much of my art digitally). When I shared my interest and fears about this road to my wife She said I should test it out and see if what is produced would translate well in book form.
so, that is what I’m attempting. Here is a scene that really was created on the fly... meaning I didn’t set out to illustrate Tig playing with an old Rhino chess... it’s just what evolved as I worked on it. Next I’ll try watercolor... we’ll see!
